Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop between us (Georg Werner, Albert-Gersbach-Allee 1, D-79713 Bad Säckingen, E-Mail: info@georgwerner.com) and our customers.

2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order.
(2) By submitting an order, you make a binding purchase offer. The contract is only concluded with our explicit acceptance or upon shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are final prices and include statutory German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer).
(2) We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, Klarna invoice purchase, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
(3) The purchase price is due immediately and payable without deductions.

4. Delivery and Shipping
(1) We offer free shipping within Germany and the EU.
(2) The delivery time is usually 8–17 business days, as every product is manufactured only after the order is placed (print-on-demand).
(3) If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The exact conditions can be found in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.
(2) The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the goods were faulty or damaged.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Liability
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Claims for damages are excluded unless they are based on intent or gross negligence on our part.

8. Data Protection
Information on how we process your personal data, in particular its disclosure to service providers for printing, shipping and payment processing, can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution
We are happy to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG), although we are not legally obliged to. In practice, we generally find a solution together with our customers without one.

10. Final Provisions
(1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
(2) If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
