Before you send it back – take a moment 💚

Doesn't quite fit, rather than being defective? Please try to find it a new home before sending it back.

Every shirt we make is only produced once you order it – no stock, no overproduction. That's exactly why a return costs more than just paperwork: another shipment, another inspection, and in the worst case, a perfectly good item ends up in the trash.

✔️ Give it to someone.
✔️ Sell it on Vinted, eBay, or a similar platform.
✔️ Pass it on to someone who'll be happy to have it.

That way the item keeps bringing joy – and the environment is spared a little. Your statutory right of withdrawal still applies, of course, at any time, no ifs or buts – details in our cancellation policy.

Defective, misprinted, or wrong item?

Please contact us first: info@georgwerner.com – with a short description of what's wrong and, if possible, a photo or video. That usually lets us solve the problem faster, often without you having to send anything back at all. For items worth under €20, we can typically issue a refund or reprint without a return. If the item is genuinely defective, we cover the return shipping cost; for a plain withdrawal without a reason, you usually cover it yourself.

Refund

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the order – usually within 14 days.
