This page explains, by region, which consumption taxes are already contained in our prices, whether any import charges can arise on delivery, and how our store handles them. It reflects how the GeorgWerner online store is configured as of September 2026.
1. Where we deliver
We currently ship to 38 countries and territories: Germany, and the full EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), plus the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
Not available at this time: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway.
2. Our prices
- All prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR).
- Every price is tax-inclusive – the amount you see for a product already contains the applicable consumption tax. EU customers are not charged an additional VAT line afterwards.
- We use one consistent product price for every destination.
3. Tax & customs by your region

4. Where your item is made and shipped from
GeorgWerner is a print-on-demand label: each item is printed and dispatched from within the European Union after your order is placed. Blank garments are sourced from vetted manufacturers, with the country of origin stated on each product page. There is no warehouse stock and no overproduction.
5. Your invoice
Every order includes an invoice showing the net product price, the VAT rate and amount applied for your country, shipping, and any import charges collected at checkout. EU business customers can provide a valid VAT ID at checkout where applicable.
6. Good to know
- Import duty and tax thresholds, and the rates themselves, are set by your country and can change.
- Import charges already paid on a returned item may be reclaimable from your local customs authority.
- This is general information about how our store is set up – not individual tax or customs advice. If you are unsure about a charge, contact us before or after ordering.
